- 3 Tbsp. honey (raw organic, divided use or use pure maple syrup for a vegan version)
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1/4 cup chia seeds (I like to use white for a prettier pudding)
- 1 cup raspberries (frozen thawed)
- 1 lime
- 1/2 tsp. rosewater (start with ¼ and add ore if you prefer it stronger)
- 1 cup plain whole milk yogurt
- 400 mL coconut milk
- 4 oz. fresh raspberries (to top)
- 1/2 lime (to garnish, optional)
