- 2 cans coconut milk (full fat, thai kitchen brand prefered)
- 3 Tbsp. agar (flakes *, see notes below if using agar powder - I primarily use powder now)
- 1 t white balsamic vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. tapioca starch
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
- 2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes (optional but definitely gives it more cheesy-ness - UPDATE)
- 1 pinch turmeric (for more authentic cheese color - optional)

This had a good taste but not the best recipe I've used. The tapioca just went into clumps and it needed to be blended. It also didn't set properly and was very soft.
