  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/4 cup hemp (powder)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean (or pure vanilla extract)
  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder (+ additional for sprinkling)
  • 2 bananas (mashed)
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 handful golden raisins
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes

    Directions

    1. preheat 350* Pulse dates, hemp,matcha, nuts,vanilla & coconut milk (add slowly) in food processor
    2. combine mixture with mashed bananas in a large bowl
    3. Add oats. Add raisins. Add coconut flakes.
    4. Bake 350* for 15-20 minutes

    Recipe looks great, but missing how much coconut milk as mentioned in the directions.
