- 1/2 cup red onion (it came out to 1/2 onion for me, chopped)
- 1 whole red chili (chopped optional)
- 1 cup chicken stock (organic)
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice (about 1 large lime)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
- 1/2 tsp. red chili flakes
- 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk (from a can or coconut cream)
- 1 Tbsp. starch (arrow root, for paleo/whole 30 or corn starch mixed into 1 tablespoons water optional)

Very tasty although a bit spicy and I haven’t used all the chilli peppers that were on the recipe

Just made this, was delicious and healthy.. and iy doesnt taste like it shoukd be healthy!

This is a healthy and delicious meal. I used a whole can of coconut milk for more sauce. I also use a whole chili pepper and it’s not too spicy.
