- 2 Tbsp. non dairy milk
- 1 cup cashew nuts
- 2 hot water
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds (soaked in 3 tbsp almond or soy milk, it will gel-ify)
- 1 cup coconut oil (to be melted)
- 1/2 cup agave
- 1 lime
- 1 avocado (perfectly ripe medium sized)
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut (more to garnish.)
- 3 cups strawberries (fresh, sliced thinly, to garnish, optional)
