Looks good, but if you are looking for a normal waffle texture/flavor, this might not be for you. I only purchased coconut flour because this is all that was left and used this recipe because he had least amount of eggs that I could find. If you are on that "healthy tip" go for it! My kids only ate some of it smothered in syrup, husband gave thumbs down, I only ate it because I made it...I will try something different next time.
