Made these hoping for taco shell alternative and while the tortillas were amazing, they're better suited for crepes than tacos.
going to attempt to use almond flour instead of coconut flour next time and see how that changes things.

I dont think i mixed it roght so the shape was not great buy the taste was wonderful!
