I made these but they did not look at all like the photo. also some of rhe egg mixture accumulated at the bottom for some reason. Maybe i needed to mix them more or melt the coconut oil more, no idea. But they still tasted great and were a hit, with a cream cheese frosting.

really good! true that they do not taste "eggy". I added lemon zest and replaced apple cider vinegar with lemon juice.
I just added some pure cream on top and sprinkled with a pinch of granulated sugar, instead of frosting.
will definitely add this recipe to my favourites!
