When i mixed the batter, it was still pretty runny so i added more coconut flour. I think i used 1/2 cup or a bit more of coconut flour in total. The recipe says it will make 15 cookies but made 9 for me.
Overall, it tasted pretty good!

Taste is fine. It's a bit too sweet for my taste. The cookies did spread during baking despite the recipe saying otherwise.

Loved it! So fast and easy. They’re yummy and taste like a mix between choco chip cookies and Asian coconut cookies

Great alternative if you're looking for low carb, gluten free cookies! Made it a few times and tried decreasing maple syrup and even going without it while adding raisins and coconut flakes!
