Hmmm. Would have given 2 stars but added a star to make up for some user error here. I didn't have an 8x8 pan so used a larger pan and took out earlier than 30 mins but still over cooked. But even overcooked, the taste was still pretty cardboard-like. Will continue my search for good coconut flour brownies.
