- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 banana (thouroughly mashed)
- 1/2 cup sugar (or 6T NuNaturals stevia baking blend, I like it with stevia, but I know some people are sensitive to it, so just use sugar if you don’t want to use stevia, but then I wouldn’t eat the entire tray. ;)
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup chips (choice, optional)

Brownies came out extremely crumbly!! Followed the recipe exactly and they were not put together at all. The taste was like bitter dark chocolate so I would definitely add more sugar and maybe xantham gum or some type of binder next time for sure! Not sure why the ingredients didn't work out tho. I think they may have been overcooked and the timing on the recipe is way too long.
*** Next time will Bake in the oven at 350F for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean*** - As stated in her "Amazing Low Carb Brownies" recipe, which came out excellent.
