- 1/2 tsp. sea salt (or table, ~ Divided)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil (~ Or oil of your choice)
- 1 tsp. mustard seeds (~ Preferrably black/brown)
- 1 cup onion (~ Finely minced)
- 1 Tbsp. ginger garlic paste (~ Buy or make)
- 1 tsp. green chili (~ More to your taste; substitutions)
- 8 curry leaves (~ Coarsely chopped)
- 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
- 1/4 tsp. table salt (or sea, ~ To your taste; I added another 1/4 tsp)
- 1 tsp. lemon juice (~ Or to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro (~ Coarsely chopped)
- 4 curry leaves (~ Fried)
- 12 whole cashews (~ Toasted)
