I only had sweetened coconut flakes so probably turned out a bit more sweet than had I followed the actual recipe and used unsweetened but no complaints. Great quick late night snack! 😉

Even though I didn't have nuts at home, they turned out great. As I love chocolate, on the last step y rolled them on cacao powder. Super easy and yummy.
