I followed the recipe exactly as is. It came out well. I baked it for 1 hour.

I made mine in a our toaster oven (that fits two XL pizzas, has a bake setting); since our kitchen is being remodeled and it was a little toasty on top but I like my things that way.. overall amazing even if you only have a toaster oven to work with

Excellent!!! We made with a gram ham cracker crust about 20 minutes prior. Pie turned out fantastic at 55 minutes.

Loved this pie! I used a pre made pie crust and forgot the aluminum strips. I’m guessing that’s why the crust crumbled at the edges? It’s even more delish with [in my best Stewie voice] Cool Whip. Will definitely be making again.

This was one of the best things I have ever baked! It was super super watery at first, but it firmed up and stayed moist. It was super good my entire family loved it, even my picky little brother.

This was a great recipe. I used unsweetened coconut and a bit less sugar and it turned out awesome. I’ll make this again for sure.

Really yummy. Didn't modify recipe but used muffin tin instead of pie tin and worked out well.

That was pretty good. My first time ever making something like this. I'm more into cooking rather than baking....but it was pretty good

This pie was delicious! I followed the recipe exactly. The mix was very liquid as the previous poster mentioned but it baked up perfectly. I will make it again and won't change a thing.

This was an excellent pie! Made it with a coconut oil and flour crust (www.yummly.com/recipe/Coconut-Flour-Pie-Crust-896222) in a 9" pie dish, which I think added to the greatness.
Modifications:
Didn't have sweetened coconut flakes, so added 1/4 c sugar (result was not very sweet, but that fit my personal tastes).
Adding the milk made it (to me) suspiciously soupy, so added 1/8 c of flour and cornstarch each. Came out well, not too thick at all.
Forgot to add the foil strips when baking, and the edges got on the burnt side of crispy, as expected.
Thoughts:
Next time I'm going to try substituting the milk with Greek yogurt (not sure if coconut flavored or vanilla yet) because 1) experimenting and 2) to see if that is a positive solution to the soupyness from the milk.
Overall, great recipe! Definitely will be making this in the future.
