- 2 Tbsp. Asian fish sauce (Asian aisle of major grocery stores)

- freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 lb. snow peas (ends trimmed)
- 3 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 5.75 oz. wide rice noodles (pad thai noodles will work)
- chopped fresh cilantro (for topping)
- lime wedges (for serving)
