i will have to make this one more time to give a betwr review, i had to add more garlic and onion for my tastes. Second attempt: family favorite by adding green seasoning , dice tomatoes with green bell pepper, one whole onion and 3 good tablespoons of curry.

It eas delicious. didn't put in the tomato sauce and substituted fresh tomato and garlic and was just perfect for me . Coconut flavor was delightful.

Love this recipe! Left out the tomato sauce, I personally wanted to taste more curry then tomatoes and it was perfect. Added some chilli powder and red pepper flakes for a little more spice and wow. Thank you for sharing! Will be making it again.

Delicious! I added some chili powder to spice it up a bit, will definitely be making this again.

I noted what a couple of reviewers said about this recipe being too tomato-y. I left out the tomato sauce and the sugar, used my own freshly ground curry powder blend (cumin, coriander, turmeric and cayenne), added ginger. Served it over white rice with a tiny dash of homemade garam masala to give it an aromatic boost and a few fresh cilantro leaves for color. It was very fast and tasty for a weeknight meal. I would make this again with the modifications.

We took out the diced tomatos and added some dry red chili peppers and crushed red pepper but overall very tasty

If you like a strong tomato flavor, this dish is for you. Easy to make too. I wanted more curry flavor. Probably won't make it again.

I love this recipe! The only thing I did differently was use half of the diced tomatoes and tomato sauce from what the recipe asks otherwise it is way too liquidy for my taste..

Followed the recipe without changing things up like I usually do and it came out perfect! I’ve made it a few times and has become a favorite and easy weeknight dinner option!

I’ve made this about ten times now, an excellent recipe
I substitute the tomato sauce for paste so I don’t have to simmer as long and I don’t find the need for sugar but I do add lots of salt
Highly recommend

Came out good but would’ve been better with pineapples added for more flavor

It was good! Next time I will use chicken thighs since the breast meat didn’t absorb the flavor as much as we would like. Overall, the flavor is very good and as mentioned by another, the aroma lingers in the house.

So good! I made a double batch so there were lots of leftovers, and they went quickly!

Turned out great!! A little too spicy for me so I’d put a little less curry , and remove the sugar all together .

Can't categorize to any particular cuisine...tastes nice though. Adding South Indian curry powder adds some extra flavour.

Amazinnggggg. Made this over Mexican yellow rice and all the flavors were out of this world together. Sweet and spice and everything in between!

This is so good! Three tablespoons of sugar was a little too much, and I ended up adding more salt for balance, but overall it was delicious!

great! smooth and delicious.
I didn't use tomato sauce, just the can of chopped tomatoes, and a chopped red pepper.
