Not too bad. However, the lime juice on the fish is not enough to make the crust stick well so it was very spotty did not coat like the pic shows. Then using the unsweetened coconut it had very little flavor I was hoping for a flavor similar to coconut shrimp and that was not at all the case I will make it again with a few modifications
