- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. coconut cream
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (broken into small pieces, not melted)
- 2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cookies (Pack Speculoos, or any cookie that strikes your fancy)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil (melted, or margarine, to mix with the crumbled cookies)
