This is so great for nights when I just need a quick and easy dinner. Super easy to play with. I usually add some cayenne and sometimes extra veggies, depending on what I’ve got available.
This one stays on the rotation for sure.

This is amazing! I used much less of the garam masala just because I like it that way and added a whole bunch of chopped cilantro in the curry. I served it with safron rice, green onions and avocado😍😍😍

Rich and delicious! I cut the garam masala in half because mine was spicy and I was making this for my daughter’s lunch. I took the author’s advice and added a few veggies. My daughter said it was delicious- high praise!

Recipe Should have explained that dry chickpeas have to be cooked separately first. Was my first time making chickpeas and wasted hours trying to get the chickpeas to soften.

This is absolutely delicious! The flavors are incredible. Super easy and fairly quick to make. I added some yukon potatoes and pees to it. Will definitely make this again.

I LOVE this recipe! Just made it for the third time in 2 weeks! I double the recipe, skip the flour and add baby spinach for the last 10 minutes. Easy and absolutely delicious!

This is a staple recipe in our home. So quick and easy to make I do add dill to this recipe a dash or so while cooking towards the end and then as a garnish on top.

Loved it!! Very flavourful and filling. It was the perfect mild spice level for me so if you love your curry very spicy, you may want to double the grand masala, curry, and cumin

omg.... amazing
i only used 1 onion and half the coconut milk. you definitely need to use the lime.

Really good and super easy. Two medium onions was too much — next time, I will use one medium onion. I added cauliflower and it tasted great.

great the first time! it was 4 servings and absolutely delicious. when i increased the servings im not sure what i did to alter the flavor, it was much more sour the second time around.

Definitely add more of the spices!! I added ginger spice, broccoli, red bell pepper, and mock chicken from gardein. Came out really yummy over a bed of rice!:)

This was good and enjoyable. Had it with some brown rice and it hit the spot. I used reduced fat coconut milk and suspect I would have enjoyed it more with full fat

Tasted great! Added some Squash I needed to use up & a bit of extra curry because I like spicy & it was 👌🏼. Definitely making again.

Delicious recipe. I wanted to follow the recipe the first time, but I will add more veggies next time.

Very delicious! I would say 9.2 of 10! I served with homemade nan bread and rice and we couldn’t stop eating this! Definitely a dish to try again!

It was very tastey. It had a sort of sweet after taste to it while maintaining a little bit of spiciness. Had it over some brown rice. Highly recommended.
