- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 lime
- 3 dried red chili peppers (or you can use fresh ones)
- 1/2 red bell pepper (cut in chunks)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 Tbsp. chili paste (Thai red)
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 dash Thai fish sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. water
