Great recipe. I cheated and added 1 egg. Also, cheated by adding some dark chocolate. Used a little stevia to round out the sweetness. Also used Cacao powder, almost flour and some flax seed. Just added the coconut milk and oil little by little in a separate mixing bowl until the consistency felt right. Thanks for the recipe.
