I really wish the measurements of the ingredients were said in the videos along with the steps. I went scrambling back for the ingredients list and the progression of the videos couldn’t handled my toggling back and forth. When you’re in the thick of cooking, it made for a messy and stressful experience.

Turned out excellent! Very tender, flavorful and the cucumber salad was amazing with it served with brown rice which soaked up some of the juice will definitely make it again!

Used bone in short ribs and made it in the pressure cooker, turned out fantastic. Added a little lime, a pile of herbs and some paratha to finish. Will make again for sure.

good, i added cilantro intead of parsley. Next time i will add more garam and maybe try with lamb or goat.
