i use this recipe often. its easy & tasty. I have used agave in place of maple syrup & it was still yummy. I have even replaced the blueberries with other fruit like blackberries or mango. Still yummy.

It turned out great. I even used Almond milk in place of the coconut milk. I didn't need the maple syrup to sweet because the almond milk had the sweetness already. Great change from the OATMEAL!!

This was good I used honey instead of maple syrup. It’s sweeter than the oatmeal I usually eat

Loved it! Used cooked quinoa and warmed it up in the microwave with milk and coconut milk. Added blue berries, nut/seed mix, date stroop, vanilla and rasped coconut. Delicious.

Very good! I loved it. My husband thought it was a little dry, but I may have cooked it too much. Also, you could just drizzle a little milk over it after it's cooking.
