Needs more depth of flavor and sauce needed thickening. 1/4 cup of basil got lost in this dish. Didn’t taste the chili powder or jalapeno.

Delicious dish! I would maybe add mushrooms, peas or broccoli to get some veggies in next time but so satisfying!

This was fantastic. I added some veggies. Next time I will lower the amount of chicken broth and up the coconut milk for a thicker consistency. Super easy and I’m looking forward to the leftovers!

Was really yummy! I didn’t have curry powder so just used cumin and turmeric as a substitute turned out amazing!

lovely curry! Was slightly watery for my tastes, so I did boil it off for longer than advised, but it came out fantastic and very tasty! To add a bit of green, I put in brocolli at the same stage the onions were added.

Delicious! Very easy to make--only takes one pot 😄 I made brown rice to go with it and it fed me and my fiance with leftovers for lunch tomorrow!

loved itt, i was scared because its something way out of my comfort zone. but i trusted the recipe, just added more curry and salt (:
