- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup milk (dairy, almond, soy, rice...whatever!)
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips (I used milk chocolate chips, semi-sweet would be good too)
- 3/4 cup shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened)
