    This was excellent, one of the best banana bread recipes I've tried

    Very moist and delicious. I opted to add walnuts, was a big hit! Plan to make this again for sure. I will add, although the recipe was easy, it took me about 30 mins to prep NOT 8 mins-even with items out and ready (8 seems a bit unrealistic).
