- 100 mL extra-virgin olive oil
- 200 mL almond milk (unsweetened and unflavoured)
- 100 mL non dairy cream (almond or other, GMO-free)
- 300 mL almond milk (unsweetened)
- 4 Tbsp. malt syrup (rice)
- 2 tsp. ginger juice
- 1 tsp. natural vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. ginger powder (dried)
- 1 pinch sea salt (whole)
- 3 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder (sifted)
- 1/2 tsp. cornstarch (dissolved in 1 tablespoon filtered cold water)
- 150 grams dark chocolate (70% cacao, broken into pieces)
- 200 grams malt syrup (rice)
- 50 mL non dairy cream (almond or other, GMO-free)
- 1/2 tsp. Himalayan salt (a teaspoon fine ground)
