    Not so great as I didnt have the banana extract & didn’t use the unsweetened cocoa so was a bit sour

    An unusual texture - I was expecting something like porridge and got something like gooey sponge cake. However it's a good way to use quinoa flakes (they're not so nutritious if you leave them in the back of the cupboard) and quite tasty, I can see it becoming a regular breakfast.
