WOW. Just WOW. I made this just as directed and served it over brown rice with an Asian chopped salad on the side. The pork gets so tender you just pull it apart with a fork. Definitely pour some of the hot marinade over the pork before eating because it’s delicious!! Amazing flavors. My whole family inhaled it and raved and said I should make it again soon. A rare occurrence in my house!
