  • 6 cups romaine (torn, and/or iceberg lettuce)
  • 1/2 bunch watercress (torn)
  • 1 whole peeled tomatoes, undrained and chopped
  • 3 cups cooked chicken (cut-up or shredded)
  • 6 slices bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled
  • 2 avocado
  • 1/2 lime
  • 3 green onions (thinly sliced)
  • 1 eggs
  • 1 cup roquefort cheese (about 4 oz)
  • 1/2 cup Wish-Bone Italian Dressing

    Directions

    1. Combine avocados with lime juice in medium bowl; set aside.
    2. Arrange lettuce and watercress on large serving platter. Top with chicken, tomato, bacon, onions, egg, cheese and avocado; arranging in rows. Just before serving, drizzle with Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing.
