- 1 1/2 tsp. grated orange zest
- 2 Tbsp. orange juice (fresh squeezed)
- 2 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup (or honey)
- 2/3 cup light olive oil
- freshly ground black pepper
