- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce (cored and shredded)
- 1/2 head romaine lettuce (chopped)
- 1/2 bunch watercress (some of the stems trimmed, chopped)
- 2 oz. blue cheese (preferably Roquefort, crumbled)

I also added cucumbers and olives. I used red leaf lettuce and tossed it with some of the dressing first before arranging it in shallow bowls. The dressing was unique because a lot of Cobb salads call for creamy dressings. I liked this one. Could have used a bit more lemon for my taste.
