- 5 chicken fillets (Janes Cracked Black Pepper Whole, cooked per package, cooled and sliced)
- 2 heads romaine lettuce (washed and cut up)
- 2 cups arugula
- 1 tomato (large ripe, diced)
- 1/2 cucumber (diced)
- 5 slices bacon (good quality, cooked crisp)
- 1 cup blue cheese (crumbled, I used Saint Agur which is mild and creamy)
- 3 hard boiled eggs (chopped)
- 1 avocado (large ripe)
- 1 pkg. sauce (ranch, by Janes, included with the chicken)
