Easy and delicious. I was glad to get a tip from a family member to mix the dry ingredients separately first with a fork/whisk, then separately mix the wet ingredients in the stand mixer, then add the dry mixture to the wet and be careful not to overmix. Had I not done that and just followed the directions, the dough probably would have ended up too dense. Flavor was great for me though - not too sweet (I used almond butter) and feels nutritious and filling. Makes a great grab n go breakfast for workdays.
