- 1 Tbsp. coconut sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. hemp hearts
- 2 Tbsp. ground flax
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. coconut oil (melted)
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 1/2 cups dried apricots (chopped, you could also a different dried fruit if you like, dried blueberries would work really well)
