- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 3 cups whole almonds
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cups applesauce
- 1/3 cup honey (or agave syrup, increase if you like a sweeter granola)
- 2 cups dried cranberries (or raisins or dried apple bits)
