Description
Great sandwich to feed a crowd. The best thing about this Club Sub Sandwich isn't the bacon, it's the lemony mayo spread that takes it over the top.
Ingredients

4 SERVINGS
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. chives (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lemon
- 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 lb. sliced roasted turkey (thin)
- 1 lb. sliced ham (thin)
- 8 slices bacon (cooked)
- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce (shredded, or romaine leaves)
- 8 slices tomato
- 1 loaf Italian bread (or soft French)

Directions
- For the mayonnaise spread: In a small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise through lemon. Season with salt and pepper, and stir. Set aside.
- On a clean work surface, arrange the bread pieces, cut-side up. Spread the mayonnaise on both pieces. Place the turkey and ham on the bottom slice of the bread, without letting any of the meat drape over the edges. Place the bacon on top (broken into pieces to fit, if necessary), followed by the lettuce and tomatoes. Top with the other slice of bread. Slice the sub into individual portions.
