So easy to make! My husband loves it! I can see this would be easy to add other flavors to it. I set both my eggs and the cream cheese out to be near room temperature before starting and was very pleased with the result. I made certain to get the stiff peaks in the egg whites before beginning a gentle fold in to the yolk mixture that was whipped smooth. They stayed fluffy and baked golden with a beautiful sheen. Don't make a big batch unless you can get it all into the oven at the same time. It doesn't like to sit around and wait for it's turn in the oven.

Very easy and delicious! Try it with cream cheese its real good. for those who didn't come out with good results. Try again and dont blame it on the person who made the recipe.

terrible the worst recipe ive ever used they are gloopy and i followed the recipe to a t Warning! its really really hard

Love this. It works well with everything.
Eating with whipped topping, it tastes like a cream puff.
You can turn them into savory or sweet. Love ❤️
I also substituted ricotta cheese for the cream cheese, and worked just as well.

Very good and versatile. I whipped the cream cheese before I started and that was a help. I’m making more tomorrow but will use stevia or brown sugar for a sweet treat.
