- 1 cup brown rice syrup (Organic)
- 1/3 cup agave syrup
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. coconut (or Vegetable Oil)
- 1 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. xanthan gum (don't use too much of this or your bars will taste slimy)
- 1 cup peanuts (or Cashews)
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1 cup soy beans (Dry Roasted, non GMO, optional)
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup raisins (or currants)
- 1 cup coconut flakes (Natural, nothing added)
- 12 oz. rice cereal (Box of Enjoy Life's Crunchy, 4.5 Cups)
- 1 cup pretzel sticks (Regular or Gluten Free, broken into pieces)
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
