  • 2 cod (skinless, boneless fillets of, or other flaky, white fish, about 5-6 oz each)
  • 2 inches fresh ginger root (knob of, sliced into thin strips)
  • 2 green onions (green and white parts sliced into thin strips, use this to simplify!)
  • 4 tablespoons gluten free tamari
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil (or other oil that will heat to high temps, I use expeller pressed coconut oil because the coconut scent and taste is removed)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
