- 50 grams rice noodles (flat)
- 500 mL vegetable stock
- 1 handful bok choy (finely sliced)
- green cabbage (Small Handfull of purple and, finely sliced)
- 1 handful sprouts
- 1/2 chillies (red Serrano, reseeded and finely sliced)
- 1 handful coriander (chopped)
- 1/4 lime (th small, optional)
