- 1/4 cup sweet soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. ginger paste (or grated ginger)
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- 3 Tbsp. Sriracha (more or less to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 12 oz. Yakisoba noodles (fresh, see note)
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil (EACH, AND minced garlic)
- 5 scallions (chopped, keep the greens separate from the whites)
- 5 cups veggies (mixed, I used bok choy, celery, sliced onions, mushrooms, coleslaw mix, matchstick carrots)
