In the oven now, but seems good recipe. Directions ready to follow. I did sub applesauce for coconut oil, but all seems well.

Amazingly fudgey! 10 year old could not detect the zucchini. They are a little tender and fall apart easily, but taste is worth it.

My go to for a healthy treat

A brownie should be decadent with some obvious sweetness...these were certainly not that at all. The flavour is bland and slightly bitter lacking any real sweetness. Would recommend a healthy icing or sweet fruit syrup drizzle.

Turned out pretty well, and the advice about not drying the courgettes was spot on. I made it exactly to the recipe and they were pretty well perfect.

This is a nice healthy alternative to the rich brownie. Would however increase syrup, or add coconut sugar to make it a tad sweeter (I added dried apricot pieces), but otherwise delicious.
