Fab - light fluffy loaf, I used coconut sugar and added cacao powder just because I had them in the cupboard, turned out fabulous. This is my favourite kind of easy going loaf cake to make.

I like it! I might have slightly overdone with honey, next time I will keep the spoons moderate.
