It was okay the chicken was pretty bland it definitely needs more flavor but I changed up the veggies a bit and added squash and diced sweet potatoes and those were amazing I had to bake for about 30-35 minutes and then broiled for about 3 minutes and it definitely made a difference

Really liked this! Will make again. I added a bit more spice, but otherwise it was really good.

Every good, I didn’t have chicken, so I used chicken and apple smoked sausage. I cooked the veggies and then added the sausage the last 10 minutes

It was very good. Make sure you cut your veggies smaller as that reduces the time it takes for them to be done.

We added some of the vinegar mixture to the vegetables before baking, and it added flavor to the already delicious recipe.

It’s in the oven and was quick to prepare! I love the smells and knowing it’s a meal that’s free of gluten and added sugar! Thank you for sharing your recipe!
And Here’s the finished dish! ❤️

I'm not a huge fan of veggie dishes but this was probably the best, simplest recipe to make! I added an onion and it turned out amazing

My family loved this! Simple and quick...prep and cook time exactly as described in the recipe. I used baby carrots out of a bag so that may have slightly cut the prep time. And I didn't have time to marinate the chicken more than a few minutes but it was still a hit!

Pretty good. Cook the Chicken in a separate dish from veggies and cook @ 425 for 30 mins.

Great flavor. I accidentally used balsamic vinaigrette instead of balsamic vinegar, but it still made a tasty dipping sauce. I'm guessing the vinegar would have made the sauce thicker and less watery.

excellent! i used a lean pork tenderloin sliced ingo 1 inch cutlets before marinating. was a litfle sweet for our tastes so will cut back the honey next time. delicious!

Simple and tasty - will definitely make this again. I substituted sliced butternut squash for the carrots (and roasted that for 20mins first before adding in the other vegetables and chicken) and it worked very well.

I subbed broccoli for zucchini (never much liked it) and I didn't have any of the issues with liquid others have reported. I cut the chicken in the pan when it was done, and put the glaze in a bottle and splashed it on everything, then mixed. I also added rosemary before cooking. I thought the carrots were slightly underdone but in all I did enjoy it!

very super duper soggy. probaby from the tomatoes. it had a good flavor, but id have preferred if the veggies had been a bit more roasted textured than soggy, there was about an inch or so of liquid at the bottom of the pan.

Simple ingredients and quick. Marinate the full time for more chicken flavor. Nice blend for vegetables.

It was alright. But it didn't knock my socks off. i would make again but I'm not going to crave it.
