Family devoured this cod. I added some adobo seasoning, garlic powder, and smoked paprika to the flour and cooked with vegetable oil in a cast iron skillet. Quick and easy, will absolutely make again. Served with sauteed veggies

Thé fish was excellent. Cooked to perfection....unfortunately it stuck to the pan.

My husband said it was the best he had ever had. I did use white self rising corn meal instead of flour. And, I made sure to cut out all of the brown veiny area. . That makes the biggest difference in fishiness flavor.

Very quick and easy. It tasted great. Could easily add extra seasonings. I served it with scones for a non traditional breakfast. I used olive oil.

Pretty good. Too much oil is called for. The fish came out soggy. Still yummy and tasted light. I will definitely give this recipe another shot somtime.
