Good simple recipe. I halved it because I only had one banana. I found the cooking time to be exactly right and I have a fan assisted oven that doesn't act like it is fan assisted.

I love simple, quick recipes like this. I added some chopped dried figs and a spoonful of almond butter, just because they were in the cupboard, and ended up with some very pleasant, healthy little power snacks that fuelled me round an event the next day 👍
