Yum! Good base recipe. I left out the spice and honey and only used a pinch of chili powder. Used chicken stock instead of water. Made many times 👍

Loved it! It was extremely spicy, but tasty, and my roommate's girlfriend commented on how awesome the apartment smelled. I made some changes to the recipe - I used dry oregano and thyme instead of fresh, and cayenne pepper instead of crushed chilis, but it was still good, and made six days worth of leftovers. I meant to try and use up some of my parmesan cheese on it, but forgot - perhaps I'll try and bring the cheese to work so I can put it on the leftovers. Not sure why it calls for the mustard/honey/brown sugar mixture, but they didn't seem to have any ill effects, and it was a good way to use up those spare condiments
