This was a little timely to prepare but once it was ready, it was super delicious! The crunch on top added something different which really brought the whole dish together

Easy dinner to make. The kids aren't big onion eaters so we substituted spoces for the onion. We only had sharp cheddar and that worked well. No leftovers.
