I liked it I thought it was pretty good. I did add squash, mushrooms, and garlic and onions to the recipe. I added pepper,cayenne pepper,and black pepper for seasoning. I used half a can of peas and replace the noodles with gluten free chickpea noodles and it came out really good! I added a can of almond milk to the soup. The next time I make it I will add two cans of soup and two cans of water because it was a little dry. I added some shredded cheese and some green onions to the top.
